An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced care home manager to join an exclusive care provider in the Derby area. This is a medium service which offers a range of residential and nursing care services to meet the differing needs of individuals in later life. The home is located in a lovely village location, it is close to the M1 and would be easily commutable from surrounding areas.

The home is currently Good with CQC and therefore would suit a strong, individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. Someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and achieve a real sense of job satisfaction. My client are very passionate about care standards and pride themselves on providing exceptional care services to the elderly.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful home management.
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards.
• Good knowledge and background of the care sector.
• Nurse qualified with PIN.

Duties include:

• Overall responsibility of the home.
• Staff management/appraisals/Training.
• Care plans/reviews/meetings.
• Budget.

The successful candidate will receive a manager's salary of up to £70,000 depending on experience.
