Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility in Leicester. The ideal candidate will be a qualified nurse with a valid PIN and possess significant management experience, particularly in elderly care and dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall operations of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality care and service for residents.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the nursing and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to improve care quality.
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and staff.
- Engage with residents' families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications and Skills:
