Award winning care provider looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager. 52 bed nursing home offering dementia and general elderly care (Residential and Nursing).

Our client is looking for a passionate Nursing Home Manager for their 52 bed nursing and residential service in the Swansea area. The Director is looking for an experienced and previously Registered Manager with a valid NMC PIN or previous experience of managing a nursing home, a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and a good understanding of CIW requirements.

Our client will provide you with a great deal of support to help you succeed in this role, they will also provide any additional qualifications and courses you require.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a 52 bed nursing and residential service, ensuring high quality care for dementia and elderly residents while meeting CIW requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Management qualification
• RGN / RMN with valid PIN or experience of managing a nursing home
• Background in elderly / dementia care
• Knowledge of CIW and standards
• Good communication skills
