Nursing Home Manager - 60 bed Nursing Home - Elderly / Dementia Care - Well Respected & Known Care Provider

We are looking for a passionate, experienced registered manager for a 60 bed nursing home in East Grinstead, providing specialist clinical and dementia care. The owner wants an experienced Nursing Home Manager to take ownership and manage day to day operations, with prior CQC registration.

Job Requirements for Nursing Home Manager:

• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management, appraisals and training
• Buds, business development and marketing
• Care plans, reviews and meetings

Skills & Qualifications for Registered Home Manager:

• Proven track record of successful home management
• RGN/RMN with experience in nursing home management
• IT literate, competent and accurate
• Passionate about making a meaningful impact on residents' lives
• Hands on practical approach, dynamic & enthusiastic
• Strong knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
