Job Description

A medium-sized provider is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a purpose-built home in Belper, offering nursing and residential care for the elderly. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and demonstrate expertise in turning around homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service to residents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external bodies and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the home's performance and reputation.

Requirements

• Nurse qualified or experienced in managing nursing homes.
• Demonstrable turnaround experience in a care home setting.
• Strong track record with CQC.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
