Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Harrow
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Purosearch have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to oversee the operations of a medium-sized specialist nursing home in Harrow. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care for residents, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring a safe, caring, and supportive environment for residents.
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive working environment and providing guidance and support to staff.
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements and standards, maintaining compliance with CQC and other relevant bodies.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and resource efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing a medium-sized nursing or specialist care home.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively.
- Registered Nursing qualification and valid NMC PIN .
