Salary: £57,000-£60,000

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursing Home Manager to lead our care team in Wembley. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background and prior experience as a Deputy Manager within a nursing home setting. The Nursing Home Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance with healthcare regulations, and the overall management of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of residents.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maintain high standards of care.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or equivalent in a nursing home environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care and enhancing the lives of residents.
