Nursing Home Manager - Winchester

Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to lead their beautiful nursing home in the Winchester area. As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day to day running of a nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance and person centred support. You will lead a dedicated team of nurses and care staff to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents.

• Lead, mentor and inspire the nursing and care team.
• Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements.
• Maintain the highest levels of clinical and nursing care.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, rotas and occupancy.
• Build positive relationships with families, professionals and the local community.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a culture of excellence.

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) - essential.
• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager, Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about providing high quality, person centred care.
