Salary up to £65,000.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager for a purpose-built care home in Wigston, Leicester. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing nursing homes, ideally with turnaround experience, as the facility is currently rated as Requires Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home.
• Implement strategies to improve care standards and achieve compliance.
• Provide leadership and support to the care team.
• Ensure high-quality care for elderly residents with dementia and nursing needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified nurse with a valid NMC PIN preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a nursing home.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in improving care home ratings is advantageous.
