Nursing Home HR Generalist - Dublin

CareChoice is seeking an experienced HR professional to be the sole point of contact for Human Resources across our nursing homes. You will report to the HR Manager and split time between sites, with one day weekly at Head Office in Blanchardstown.

You will manage day to day HR operations, support recruitment, ensure GDPR data integrity, handle disciplinary and grievance procedures, and contribute to people related projects aligned with our business strategy.
