Position DetailsRole: Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker
Location: Ward 2C (ARU), The Royal Hospital for Children
Shift Pattern: 11.5-hour shifts, days and nights rotation including weekends. Salary is pro-rata for part-time hours.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based, patient and family-centered care to patients with varying levels of dependency.
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in ongoing learning and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
