N Family Club in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Nursery Room Manager to lead a dedicated team in a fast-evolving early years setting. You will champion the learning through play approach, drive the N Curriculum, and ensure every child receives outstanding care and experiences.

Reporting to the Nursery Education department, you will inspire staff, manage daily routines, and foster strong partnerships with families while upholding safeguarding standards and staff development.
