We're searching fordynamic, passionate, and skilled childcare professionalsto join ourteam.

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage-ideally as a Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Room Manager
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
• A passion for fostering children's developmentand creating positive relationships with families
• Applicants must be subject toStates of Guernsey registration
• Safeguarding Children training Level 2 and 3 must be completed through the Islands Safeguarding Children's Partnership
