This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Level 3 practitioner looking to step into a leadership role within a friendly and professional team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and inspiring your room team to create a fun, engaging and safe learning environment
• Planning exciting activities that support every child's learning and development through play
• Acting as a key person, building strong bonds with children and supporting their individual progress
• Working closely with parents and carers to provide the very best care and communication
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery while maintaining high standards in line with EYFS and safeguarding

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification
• Previous experience in an early years setting
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
• A positive, caring and enthusiastic approach
• Someone who enjoys leading by example and supporting others to grow
