The Role

As aNursery Room Leader, you will playa key rolein the day-to-day runningof yourallocatedroom, ensuring thehighest standards ofcare, learning anddevelopment are maintained.

You'll lead byexample, support andmentor colleagues, andcreate a nurturingenvironment where childrenfeel happy, safeand inspired toreach their fullpotential.

WhatWe're LookingFor

• NVQ Level 3in Childcare (oranequivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working withinan Early Yearssetting
• Strong knowledge ofchilddevelopment and theEYFS
• A passion fordelivering outstandingcare and learningexperiences
• Excellentleadership, communicationand organisational skills
• A commitment tosafeguarding and promotingthe welfare ofchildren
