Our clients nursery located in Silvertown near Thames Barrier, are now seeking a very experienced Baby Room Leader to join their team. Working a 40 hr week monday to friday, salary is c£32k ish, depending on experience, with great benefits. Amazing opportunity to be working in a small team for an independent provider.

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 1 year's experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting

• Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
