In Tunbridge Wells, this lovely Nursery are now looking for a Nursery Room Leader for their fantastic Nursery. Working 40 hr week Monday to Friday, with salary c£30k depending on experience together with a joining bonus. Great benefits with this growing provider.

Requirements Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 1 year's experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
