Our clients lovely Nursery in Eastleigh are now looking for an experienced room leader to join the team, in supporting a busy room. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a room within a high-quality early years setting. Monday to Friday, with salary c£29k depending on experience. There is also a welcome bonus of £1,500.

Requirements

What our Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 1 year's experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting

• Passionate about early years and children's development within a nursery setting
• Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
