To apply, you should have
- Ideally a Level 3 qualification in early years childcare, Level 2 will be accepted with appropriate experience. Qualification must be full and relevant.
- Experience of working within an early years setting and effectively managing, motivating and leading a team
- Experience of being a key worker or equivalent, making observations and maintaining individual learning journals.
- Proven knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework, children's development and all aspects of child safeguarding.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions effectively.
- Willingness to undertake further training related to the role and proven commitment to developing your own skills and expertise
