Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday

Welcome Bonus: £1,000
Salary: Up to £14.16 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Early Years Educator - Senior Role

Storal's Purpose: To give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life.

The Team

You'll be joining the Archway Nursery team of Early years Educators, who have an incredibly important job of supporting children's development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to the children and supervise your team.
• Identify areas for improvements related to learning, teaching techniques, creating stimulating experiences and environments.
• Embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all children are met.
• Ensure all record keeping requirements are regularly completed.
• Conduct team appraisals.
• Work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 or above qualification within early years.
• Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
• Excellent communication skills with both children and adults.
