Job Description

Our clients' lovely nursery in Kilburn are seeking a Nursery Room Leader to join their team and lead the baby room. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a room within a high-quality early years setting.

The role is a 40 hour week, with a competitive salary around £34k depending on experience, and includes a £1,000 joining bonus, performance related bonuses, a monthly travel card, free gym access, 26 days annual leave plus a Christmas break.

Requirements Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 1 year's experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
