Nursery Room Leader

Nursery Room Leader - Baby Room, Cradley Heath. We are working with a lovely nursery based in Cradley Heath, who are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader to lead their Baby Room in a warm and welcoming nursery.

Room Leader position within the Baby Room. Working 4 days per week. Shift pattern, 9 hours per day. Leading a small team and supporting high-quality care and learning for children aged 0-2.

• Level 3 qualification or higher in Childcare (essential)
• Previous experience working with babies
• Confident in leading a room and supporting staff
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS
• Caring, reliable, and passionate about early years
