The Role

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading your room team, delivering high-quality early years education and care, and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.

We are currently recruiting for:

• Baby Room Leader
• Toddler Room Leader
• Rising 3's Room Leader

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous nursery experience
• Room Leader or Senior Practitioner experience desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passionate about providing outstanding childcare
