About Our Clients

In Caterham, our clients' lovely family run nursery is looking for a Level 3 passionate early years practitioner to join the team supporting the 1-2 room. Working 4 or 5 days a week, with a great salary up to £31,590 depending on qualifications, experience and hours, including performance related bonuses, career development and progression, good transport routes, and onsite parking.

Requirements

Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role

• Level 2 or above Early Years/Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high quality care and learning experiences
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
