Our clients lovely well-established and purpose built day nursery in Salisbury are seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, level 3 or above to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to work in a setting committed to high-quality care and education, together with being part of a growing provider. Working a 40 hr week salary is c£27k plus great benefits.

Requirements What our Clients are looking for Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
