Responsibilities

• Support and lead in an Early Years setting, progressing to 2nd in Room in the babies section students where applicable.
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children, in line with EYFS.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Take part in ongoing professional development and opportunities for further qualifications.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Some experience of leading a team
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Ability to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
• Commitment to Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards
