Located in the beautiful seaside village of St. Osyth, near Clacton-on-Sea in Essex, St. Osyth Pre School offers a natural and stimulating environment both inside and out to allow children the time to explore the world around them at their own pace. Due to an increase in numbers, we are looking for a Level 3 play leader to join our friendly team.

• Job type: Full time, part time, permanent
• Work location: In person
• Licence/Cerification: Level 3 (required)

In this role you will:

• Support the room leader in the planning and delivery of the early years' framework, creating a stimulating and rich learning environment to support the development needs of all our children.
• Act as a key worker for a group of children and work as part of a team to ensure all children have a opportunity to learn.
• Liaise closely with parents/carers ensuring each child's needs are recognised and met.
• Assist with the planning of the curriculum, record keeping and updating all information about the child into the learning journals
• Set up exciting and stimulating play areas daily and help to tidy away at the end of the session.
