This extended service operates Monday to Friday, 7:45am - 6:00pm, for 46 weeks of the year, offering exceptional early years care and education to our community.Your new role We have established a strong, supportive team working alongside an experienced class teacher and the wider school staff, and we are now looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to join us. You will be working within the new nursery provision within the school, Monday to Friday from 1pm until 6pm. The nursery is recruiting for a permanent member of staff so you will be supporting for term 4 from February 23rd until March 27th.What you'll need to succeedIt is essential that you have NVQ Level 2 or 3 Child Care Qualification. You will need to have worked within a Nursery/primary/pre-prep environment in the last 2 years, that can provide a reference. You need to have a clean enhanced DBS Check on the update service or if not, the nursery will run an enhanced DBS check for you. You need to be flexible and most importantly, have a fun personality that the children will be able to engage with. It is important that you have a good understanding of children's development and their needs as well as ensuring positive management of children's behaviour. What you'll get in return
