Salary: up to £30,222 per annum

Working Hours Options
  • Full time, 40 hours a week
  • Job shares, varying from 2-3 days a week
  • Part time, 20 hours a week

About our Farnborough Nursery

Located in The Old Library, a two-storey Grade II listed building, Toad Hall Nursery Farnborough opened in September 2025 and offers spacious rooms and a large natural garden for children to enjoy.

As a new setting, you have the opportunity to help shape the nursery while embracing the Toad Hall approach, established for over 30 years. In 2026, we have plans to start a Forest School and expand our preschool.

We provide a warm, welcoming environment where both children and staff learn, grow, and thrive.

Toad Hall Nursery Group was established in 1993 and since then we have grown to 14 settings, where 440 employees support our 1,100 children a day. Essential qualifications and experience
  • Suitable qualifications: an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, and the ability to refer to the EYFS Framework when planning activities
  • To be aware of the role of planning, observation and keeping records when caring for nursery aged children
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and meeting their needs
  • A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check
