Nursery Manager: Lead Learning & Team Growth

Flow Recruitment is assisting with a Nursery Manager role for a client in the UK. The successful candidate will lead the day to day running of a nursery, ensuring safe, engaging and high quality care and education for children from birth to pre school.

You will manage a team, work closely with parents and staff, and drive standards under EYFS and Ofsted guidelines while contributing to the nursery's commercial success and growth.
