Nursery Manager: Lead Early Years Team (Flexible Schedule)

JEM Childcare Solutions in St Austell, Cornwall, is seeking a passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy nursery. This is a 40-hour week role with salary around £35k, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will hold Level 3+ Early Years/Childcare, have at least four years in early years with two in a leadership role, and be experienced with Ofsted processes, EYFS, safeguarding, and budgets.
