We are looking for a Nursery Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a supportive early years setting in Cardiff.

Role Overview

Position: Nursery Manager (Temporary, Full time)

Location: Wales, Cardiff

Pay: £14.25 per hour

Start: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day running of the nursery
• Support staff development and performance
• Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and safeguarding procedures
• Maintain high standards of care and education throughout the setting

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or senior nursery leadership role
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
• Excellent organisational, leadership, communication and team management skills
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
