Recruiting for a Passionate Nursery Manager A Leadership Opportunity to Open a New Purpose-Built Nursery!

Full-Time; 40 hrs/week; Start JULY 2026

Salary: Up to £69,500 per annum!

(Inclusive of up to 10% Appraisal Bonus and up to 10% Budgetary Performance Bonus)

Our client is opening a brand-new nursery in Hornsey, and they are looking for a proven Nursery Manager to lead it from day one.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the full nursery launch and operation.
  • Building and developing your own team.
  • Delivering outstanding EYFS standards.
  • Driving occupancy and performance.
  • Managing budgets and compliance.
  • Creating a culture that retains great staff.

Who They re Looking For:

  • Experienced Nursery Manager (2+ years).
  • Strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted.
  • Commercially aware (occupancy, budgets).
  • Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ preferred).
  • Leads with clarity, consistency, and professionalism.
  • Takes pride in developing people and maintaining standards.
  • Is motivated by quality, not just targets.
