Your Key Responsibilities

As Nursery Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding childcare
• Drive continuous quality improvement across the nursery
• Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory standards
• Oversee budgets and resources to support smooth operations
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community
• Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and training

About You

We're looking for a passionate, ambitious leader who is committed to delivering the highest standards in early years education.

You will bring:

• A recognised childcare qualification: NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma, or NVQ Level 3
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for early years development and high quality childcare
