About our Clients

This fantastic nursery in Farnborough are seeking an experienced manager to support the day to day running of the Nursery, growing the occupancy and team, initially a maternity cover post. Working a 40 hr week, salary is c£45k depending on experience together with fantastic benefits with this growing local provider.

Requirements

• Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
• At least 4 years experience of working within a day nursery.
• Experience of a management role, in leading and supporting a teams.
• Understanding of the Ofsted Requirements and up to date knowledge of all changes in Ofsted or the Curriculum.
• A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
• A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
• Inspirational, passionate and supportive leadership skills.
• Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
