£40,000 to £50,000 salary (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Monday to Friday / Opening Hours 7am to 6pm (shift patterns will vary)

We are looking for an experienced and qualifiedNursery Manager to join a large nursery setting based in a beautiful setting with large indoor and outdoor spaces!This Ofsted rated Good nursery caters for all age ranges, from birth through to 5-years-old, and even offers Breakfast and After School provision for Primary School age children.

The nursery iseasily accessible on road, public transport, and by foot, as it islocated a short walk from both Dorchester South and Dorchester West train stations and offers ample parking.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll take overall responsibility for the nursery -managingyour staff, resources, and the nursery environment, supporting children's learning and wellbeing, and building strong partnerships with families and the wider community. You'll also play a key role in the business side of the nursery.

It's a big role - but you won't be on your own. You'll have the support of our Directors, a committed leadership team, and clear policies and systems to guide you.

• A full and relevantlevel 3 (or above) childcare qualification
• To be able to work a flexible rota between 7am-6pm Monday to Friday
• At least 2-3 yearsexperience working in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management experience
• Comprehensive knowledgeofsafeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
• The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents, children, and the wider community
• A passion for childcare and child development and making a difference to the community
