Nursery Manager - Full-Time - Dorking

What you'll do:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of passionate early years educators

Oversee safeguarding, compliance, and the delivery of EYFS

Build strong relationships with families and the wider community

Drive a culture of care, curiosity, and excellence

What you'll need:

Level 3 or above in Childcare (Early Years Educator or equivalent)

Experience managing or deputising in a nursery setting

Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding standards

A confident, warm leadership style

Location: Dorking
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
