Your Role:

• Inspire and lead a dedicated team of early years educators to deliver high-quality care and learning.
• Oversee daily nursery operations with a focus on excellence, safety, and fun.
• Forge strong relationships with parents, sharing in their child's learning journey.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and resources efficiently to support smooth operations.
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory standards.
• Promote continuous improvement and professional growth across your team.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy ready to take the next step.
• Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education with solid EYFS knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A child-centred approach and a genuine passion for early years education.
• A proactive and professional attitude towards safeguarding and health & safety.
