Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Nursery Manager to join and lead the team at the award-winning, warm, and nurturing nursery environment at King's St Alban's Prep School.

We are proud that the King's St Alban's Nursery, alongside our King's Hawford Kindergarten, has been ranked as one of the top nurseries in Worcestershire by parents on daynurseries.co.uk. This reflects how our nurseries combine enriching daily activities, exceptional facilities, and dedicated childcare professionals.

We are looking for candidates with a passion for early years education, a calm and caring approach, and confidence in leadership. Experience in a supervisory role within a nursery setting is essential.

Working pattern: This is a permanent, full-time role, 40 hours per week, operating year-round from 7.45am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a shutdown at Christmas and late August.

Start date: As soon as possible following pre-employment checks.

Salary: Up to £34,042 per annum, depending on experience and skills.
