Nursery Manager

We are recruiting for aNursery Managerfor a permanent full time role (40hrs) at a quality early years setting near Dewsbury in West Yorkshire working Monday to Friday (may be scope for condensed hours).

Requirements of the Nursery Manager role in West Yorkshire:

• Minimum Level 3 in childcare or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in early years and 1 year in management role
• Experience of leading an Ofsted inspection

Duties and responsibilities:

• Actively promote and support the protection of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring that all staff and volunteers observe nursery policies and procedures to keep children safe from harm.
• Help lead and support staff to implement the EYFS
• To ensure that you provide the children with a wide variety of learning experiences and a safe, secure and caring environment in which they can grow and develop.
• Day to day management of nursery setting.
