Job Description About our Clients

An experienced Nursery Deputy Manager is needed for our clients lovely setting in Farnham. Working alongside the Nursery Manager you will support in the day to day running of the setting, together with ensuring the teams in the rooms are delivering the highest possible early years education. Working a 40 hr week, our clients are offering a generous salary up to £38k depending on experience, together with fantastic benefits including a joining bonus. 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays together with additional days over Xmas break.

Requirements Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role

• A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• A minimum 3 years' experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
• Has experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices
• Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting
