Based in Crawley, on great transport routes, our clients are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join the team in supporting the daily running of the nursery. Working a 40 hr week with salary c£34k plus great benefits

Essential for the Nursery Deputy Manager Role

• A minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• A minimum 3 years' experience leading or supporting a team in a nursery or early years setting
• Has experience of being in a management role, supporting the nursery in the absence of the Manager
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices
• Support and supervise staff while delivering high-quality care and education across the nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the setting
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff in the nursery setting
