About you:

• Experience as a nursery assistant or early years practitioner/experience working in the early years (nursery/reception)
• A belief in child-led learning
• A love for the outdoors and being active
• A genuine love for early years education and a nurturing attitude
• A solid understanding of child development and learning through play
• The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and carers
• Energy, creativity, and a can-do attitude
