What we're looking for

• Level 2 or Level 3 EYFS qualification (or higher)
• QTS (for teaching roles) or relevant childcare qualification
• Experience working within Nursery or Early Years settings
• A passion for supporting early childhood development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
