About the Role

You'll play a key part in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and your creativity, energy, and compassion will shine.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities

• Building warm, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Assisting with planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS

• Ensuring the nursery environment is safe, clean, and welcoming

• Observing and recording children's progress

• Contributing to a friendly, collaborative team culture

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

• A genuine passion for early years education

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive, proactive attitude

• Understanding of safeguarding and child development
