Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical practice development across services.
• Design and deliver clinical skills training.
• Support competency assessment, coaching and mentoring of staff.
• Develop clinical resources and promote evidence-based practice.
• Identify learning needs and support professional development.
• Contribute to quality improvement, governance and compliance initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Current NMBI registration (or eligibility).
• Minimum five years' post-registration nursing experience.
• Experience in nursing leadership or management.
• Level 8 qualification (or equivalent) in healthcare, education or management.
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Desirable:

• Intellectual Disability Nursing experience.
• Postgraduate qualification.
• Experience delivering clinical education programmes.

Successful candidates must maintain active NMBI registration, meet PSAC requirements, and satisfy the health and character requirements applicable to the role.
