MISSION DESCRIPTIONClinical Responsibility and Care• Provide daily nursing care, both day and night according to the established schedules• Continuously assess health and adjust care accordingly• Administer medical treatments and ensure strict follow-up of prescriptions• Assist with daily living activities• Respond appropriately to emergencies and ensure continuity of care• Be the main medical reference for the entire team day and night• Ensure structured and reliable communication between teams• Ensure coherence and adherence to protocols• Maintain clear communication with the employer and external stakeholdersTeam Management and Supervision• Supervise and support the nursing and nursing assistant team• Establish work schedules• Manage absences, replacements, and unforeseen events• Participate in the recruitment of new nurses recognized in Switzerland required Available, flexible, and discreet with excellent capacity in a context of 24/7 private care, combining a role of medical reference, team manager, and caregiver but also:• Reliability, stability, and a sense of responsibility• Confirmed experience in complex care and private management• Experience in team dynamicsDriver's license required with vehicleFluent French both written and spoken as well as a very good level of English jid6f38f65aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
