Your mission: - Ensure the implementation and monitoring of various care protocols across different services (children, adolescents, and adults). - Ensure the proper transmission and sharing between the medical team and care teams of what is necessary for the continuity of health support for the residents. - Together with the medical team, manage communication with families regarding any questions and the care journey of the residents. - Participate in personalized support and care projects. Required skills: - Excellent interpersonal skills and professional posture, demonstrating impeccable professional ethics and proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. - Flexibility and sense of adaptability to the changing needs of the establishment and residents. - Efficiency in task execution and altruism in care, always placing the well-being of residents at the center of their actions. Profile: - You hold a nursing diploma (HES) or have your diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross and are available or can be available quickly. - You have successful experience in the field of polyhandicap.
