Job Summary

We are looking for a Nurse - Health & Wellbeing to support our clinical and treatment pathways at Passmores House Residential Service. The successful candidate will support inpatient admissions, inpatient alcohol and drug detoxification, and health and wellbeing assessments, contribute to routine clinical checks and audits for the CQC-registered service, and be part of the MDT.

Key responsibilities

• Support clinical and treatment pathways including inpatient admissions and detoxification.
• Conduct health and wellbeing assessments.
• Participate in routine clinical checks and audits for the CQC-registered service.
• Collaborate as part of the multidisciplinary team.
