To complete our team, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a: Client Manager Nurse 80% In this role, you contribute to the quality and continuity of home care for the beneficiaries of CMS X by respecting internal processes, ensuring compliance with assessed needs, and efficient management of main tasks. Guarantee the quality of client files with clinical experts. Provide your expertise to the CMS X team in maintaining complex files. Ensure follow-up from CMS X with the Center Manager. Ensure the follow-up of processes related to OPAS (general care and mental health), control them, and ensure their monitoring. Participate in the management of insurance disputes. Ensure guidance and support in maintaining and managing the client file. Ensure compliance with the profile and your skills: HES nurse diploma or equivalent title. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of care, some experience in task management, and in analytical and synthesis tools. Ability to prioritize and manage tasks. Rigor in processes. Mastery of the French language with good writing skills. Skills and knowledge of the Vaud healthcare network.
